Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a convenient location, just on the outskirts of St Asaph, with lovely surroundings and access to nearby attractions. The rooms are in need of upgrades, especially the bathrooms lacking a working shower. However, the on-site facilities like the swimming pool are top-notch. Even though the prices are reasonable, some improvements could enhance the overall value for money.
The hotel is situated just on the outskirts of St Asaph, in a beautiful location surrounded by lovely gardens. The rooms are clean and recently refurbished, with a very comfy bed that made our stay particularly enjoyable, and they had all the expected facilities. The service was brilliant with a lovely and hot receptionist who was so helpful; the swimming pool was brilliant, like getting into a hot bath, and we couldn't fault the place, we'd definitely go back. The hotel is in a very quiet area with no intrusion of overnight traffic noise. The dining experience included fish and chips. Overall, a lovely stay for a relaxing break, with some small areas that could be improved.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location and exceptional service. The rooms were well-equipped and cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. However, the dining options were somewhat lacking, but the overall experience was delightful.
